Account Deletion

Delete from your profile
Sign in, open Profile & Settings, scroll to the Danger Zone and choose Delete my account. You must confirm the action. Deletion is permanent.
What is deleted
Your GetConnects authentication account and associated profile metadata are removed. Browser-only pipeline data is also cleared from the device used for deletion. Data already exported by you or shared with third parties is not controlled by GetConnects.
What may remain
Limited security, billing or compliance records may be retained where required by law. Encrypted infrastructure backups may retain residual copies for a limited rotation period before automatic removal.
Need help?
If you cannot access your account, contact support from the email address registered to your account and request deletion. We may verify ownership before processing the request.
