Agreement
By creating an account or using GetConnects, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to use the service for your organisation.
Permitted use
GetConnects is a business-development workspace for lawful prospect research and relationship management in India. You are responsible for your searches, outreach, saved data and compliance with applicable privacy, consumer-protection, anti-spam and telemarketing requirements.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, overload providers, resell raw search results, send unlawful unsolicited communications, impersonate others, or use information to discriminate, harass or cause harm.
Third-party information
Business listings originate from third-party providers and public sources. Details can be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Verify important information before relying on it. GetConnects does not endorse listed businesses.
Accounts and security
Keep your credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that threaten the service, violate these Terms or expose other users to risk.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PsYc+GoD AI&ML is not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, third-party data errors or outreach decisions made using the service.
Changes and termination
Features and these Terms may change as the product develops. You may stop using GetConnects and delete your account at any time. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory rights and the jurisdiction of competent Indian courts.
