What we collect
We collect account details you provide, such as your name, business email, phone number and company. When you use Business Finder, we process your search terms, selected city, state and radius. Saved lead and pipeline information may be stored in your browser unless a connected cloud feature states otherwise.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure GetConnects, operate business discovery, manage your account, remember preferences, improve reliability and send service messages. Marketing newsletters are sent only when you separately opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
Business listing data
Business Finder can retrieve publicly available business information from Google Places and Serper, including names, addresses, websites, phone numbers, ratings and map links. Use this information lawfully, respect do-not-contact requests and comply with applicable Indian privacy and telemarketing rules.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers such as Supabase for authentication and backend processing, Cloudflare for hosting, and search-data providers to answer searches. They process data only to provide their services.
Retention and security
We retain account information while your account is active and only as long as needed for the purposes described here. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion
You may update your profile, manage newsletter preferences and permanently delete your account from Profile & Settings. You can also review our account deletion instructions.
